Shipping policy

As stated in a prior policy agreement, shipment is handled via a third party supplier, and the item is packaged to the best of the supplier's abilities. If there are any issues with shipping, please contact me at inquiries@jemeahtscott.com, and we can troubleshoot the needs of the situation.

Please be advised that I do not cover custom fees, international duties or services in the overarching price of the order, so if there are extra fees related to the delivery of the package, it is the customer's responsibility to cover the cost of these fees. Key price exclusions may include: any tariffs or value-added taxes imposed by the destination country’s customs authority, administrative or processing fees charged by carriers for handling customs clearance, and cost incurred if customer payments are delayed.
